Hello,
my team created an open source platform called Quanta CMS, still in beta (while used on several production sites), that can be used for hyper-performant new generations websites and web applications.
The CMS runs on PHP/JS, is DB-free (no SQL, just a flat-file approach with system folders and JSON).

In order to speed up the development and increase community involvement, we are paying fixed price bounties for fixing specific core issues, bugs, improvements, etc.
The amount of the bounty varies from $25 to $250, and it's specified in a label next each issue in github.
We are adding new ones every day, so it's worth keeping having a look!
