My company recently opened a contract with Verizon to provide all of our employees cell phones. The problem is they now constantly stop by IT harassing us about what phone they should get, how they work, and so on. So we're going to officially support 4 different phones - BlackBerry, iPhone, Android, and dumb phone. I'm going to build a FAQ and a very basic knowledge base for each one. The next step is to put a quiz on the internal website for them to determine which phone to purchase. I looked for "personality quiz" scripts to modify at first but didn't find any that worked. I tried some Flash and Javascript ones also to no avail.. my needs are just too specific.
The format of the quiz is a little bit different with multiple types of questions:
An on-going tally of each phone is kept and posted at the end as the result.
I'd be willing to send NP$ or PayPal if someone can do a working (and decent looking!) quiz in PHP. I'd strongly prefer PHP because then I can add other fields (eg, employee ID) to the POST later on. If you're interested, let me know how much you'd like for this in a comment below. Thank you!
