Looking for backorder service

i'm looking for backorder service you pay for example 20$ to backorder and if you win you gte it if not you backorder another name! Like when godaddy.com didn't had auctions :td:
No auctions bacorder services
Any ideas?

I was under the impression that most registrars offer this type of back-order service, has this changed. There are few auction sites out there like:

ausregistry.pool.com
internic.ca
