I've been sitting on an idea for a while know and I still think it can be profitable. Hard to say how much would need to be invested but over 100$ for sure to begin with. PM me if you want more information.

I'm interested but before you tell me what the idea is, let me know what kind of idea it is so we can talk about it first. Like if you are going to sell something or have a forum. I can talk about things in general terms before you tell me the idea in deail. That way I can decide if I want to know the idea or not and maybe be involved. You should have a business plan if you want to work with investors, even if it's just a simple one.
