Looking for Advanced Programmer (Spider/CMS/database)

Looking for someone to program a spider for me that will crawl web pages, and then fill a database with info such as alexa and pr. This info will then be used to create webpages in a content management system. This needs to work for 500k+ webpages similar to site

Payment will be made after each major step of the project is completed.
