Im looking for a forum admin/leader to help move a new JOOMLA Forum forward.
Some of the duties expected of the forum admin/leader follows:
* Creating interesting topic thread to keep discussion going
* Replying to post that needs response.
* Encouraging members to post and discuss.
* Running competitions and other stuff that stimulated discussions
* Promoting the forum when the opportunity arises
* Encouraging lurkers to be come members.
* Problem solving , i.e if a new member has a problem you go out of way to find a solution.

Desirable quality from applicant
1. Don't have to be native English speaker but you must be able to communicate in quality English with as little typos as possible if any typos at all.
2. You must have been a webmaster for at least 1 year and know about webmastering issues such as SEO, Web Hosting and a MUST is that you must know about Joomla.
3. Although i have nothing against the age of the applicant i would prefer that you are over 20 for this job, unless you can show that you are mature enough to run a forum and have a vast knowledge of Joomla
*Note i also have the same position coming up for a Vbulletin forum too, so if vBulletin is your strong point please feel free to contact me.
