Looking for a US Broker

Hi Guys,

Slightly unusual request but there is a domain owned by a US resident that I would like to buy,

I've been unable to contact the domain owner but would like a US broker to contact them on my behalf for a fee and try to persuade them to sell the domain for a reasonable price.

I'm looking for someone who won't charge me the earth to help me get the domain.
