Looking for a topsite script

Im looking for a up to date topsite script, as ive been doing a bit of looking around and they all seem to be from 2002 - 2007.
Something like monster script would be perfect except that doesn't seem to work with mysql 5 I think it is, which is a problem in its self.

Any help would be much appreciated or if you have a script to sell me etc.
