[WTB] Topsite Template

Hi all,

Looking for an ALREADY-MADE topsite template for sale. They can be kind of a rarity these days.

I'll require full rights, as i'm bundling it with a free topsite script im designing.

I am not looking to hire someone unless i absolutely have to, so please PM or post your topsites template and your price and i'll get back to you.

If i don't get any interest in the next couple of days i'll definitely consider hiring someone then.
