Looking for a simple template that...

I'm looking for a very simple template that does the following:

1. Displays a warning that this is an adult webiste and to press enter if 18, etc.

2. Behind the warning page, a single page that let's me say something about the subject, mention the name is for sale, and has room for a bunch of ad banners and links on it. Just one single page is fine. Kind of like a parked page with more stuff on it.
