Looking For A Professional Layout

I am thinking about changing my site and making it a display of my portfolio. I am looking for something quite simple with not much content. I want it to look business like and not have a name slapped all over it. I like the nice looking layouts that have pictures of forests or plains for a header image. I saw some cool sites that incorporated the color scheme perfect into it. Not only this I want it CSS coded as well. Like I was saying it will be fairly simple because I will not have much content. I don't know what I am offering yet. I will negotiate with the best design I see. There is no time limit...When I see what I like I will know. The faster you act the better...

Wow you guys are both really talented. Depthskins I really like that layout. The thing is the price is good but the unique price isn't. I want someone to create a unique great looking layout for $20 or less. I am really trying to find someone who is working on their portfolio so I can get a good deal.
