Hi, My name is Sean Preston and I'm in the process of creating a great new website.
Information
The site is like holidaylettings[dot]co[dot]uk, Its a holiday rental portal where owners can slist there property at a yearly cost.
So what can be made?
Well, here are a few companies alike and what there making....
HolidayLettings - £3 576 000 / 7.0264824 million U.S. dollars PER YEAR
HolidayRentals - £7 750 000 / 15.227975 million U.S. dollars PER YEAR
These companies have only been running for a few years and HolidayLettings was actually only started with 2 people who still run it now, I believe that with some work I can achieve this as there are not that much sites alike.
I contacted 3 random companies by email and already one has come back and guaranteed 100 listings, I offered this free as the first step once the site is finished is to fill up those beta places.
so whats unique?
Our site will have features that will take the market by surprise as no other site as of yet has used them!
How Far have we go?
Like I said we have a deal with a company for 100 properties, I am coding the site myself along with the design work (which looks very cool). I planned for the site to be finished in a month or so but I need somebody else to help out.
REQUIREMENTS
Good understanding of PHP, HTML, MYSQL
Passion for the idea!, Like I do!
At least a few hours a day.
