Looking for a long term designer

Im looking for a long term, reliable designer who produces websites to the quality of Fastjoker.com and VideoCodescript.com at approximately $40-60 a pop. Preferably UK based and can turn a new design out within 1-2 days, the person must be reliable and be online a fair bit. You must have knowledge of CSS and HTML (coded layouts), no dreamweaver churnouts please it gives me headaches :td:. I may pay more based on a project-to-project basis and I pretty much always need a layout doing for one website or another so its a solid source of work. If you arent mature, dont apply.
