Designer Wanted Long Term

Looking to build a longterm relationship with a designer who has experience in very nice web 2.0 design work both webpage layout and logo design. Looking to work with person on about 50 different projects at the moment with more to come. Im not looking for someone who is going to ask for $25 deposit and disappear and quit or whatever.
