Looking For a Forum Moderator

I need a moderator for my webmaster forum. There are contests weekly (this week is for over $1,350 in domains, sites, and hosting) and there have been some spam. I also need someone who can start new threads and keep the conversations going about web development. It's not a paid job, but I can offer you some domains, sites, and hosting. I am interested, but could you make it paid instead of offering domains, hosting and sites?

I would only be asking for around $100/month and then i would be doing alot of posting and even use some of that money to buy NP$ here at namepros and get some posts to that forum.
