Um, actually, Google being a trademark, (obviously), I didn't realize that earning money from a trademarked domain gives them grounds to sue me.

They won't sue less you refuse to turn a name over to them. Even with that, the bad PR they would receive usually thwarts them away. Do a search and look at all the windows, xp, yahoo, google, sites out there. It obviously depend on the name and how bad they want it. But sites like googlecommunity.com and other are doing pretty well for themselves. I will send you a pm.
