I'm looking to purchase a developed domain name/site that:
1. Has lots of inbound links
2. Has a good, relevent domain name
3. Has much non-duplicated content
4. Is undermarketed and under-developed in terms of advertising
In a nutshell, I'm looking for a site that has good information, that is doing very well in visitor count, yet does not make much money, so I can put my efforts in marketing to increase its revenue. I'm not looking for an adult site, and I want it in an area that is not the trend of the day, but has long lasting appeal.
