As title, I'm looking for someone who could design a custom Ebay template for me. Needs to be clean, professional and not just a copy of someone else's.

You don't want it to be a copy of someone else's but it needs to be a copy of eBay?

On a serious note, are you looking to CLONE eBay or will you be using a CMS (e.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla, or something else) and you only need a template created using HTML/CSS?

OP could just be looking for a listing template.

I'm not sure if that's the case or not but a quick Google search of "eBay templates" showed several thousand listing templates.
