How can I have others to add my link to their sites? I can't add them on mine because I'm not a developer and I would have to pay someone to create an entire new page just for links and that may ruin the image of my site.

it is very simple to create a links page, and it doesnt ruin your sites image. pm me and i will help you out

Most likely you'll have to pay for links then.

Another method is to create another site and do link exchanges like that.
Your main site is A. They have a site B. You have a dummy site or directory named C. B must link to A to be included for free into C. Boths parties get a one-way link.

This is a better method because you're getting true one-way links to your site with no outbound links going out.
