Logo review

I am in need of some ideas on how to turn this logo into a more appealing one.

The logo:

What do you guys think ?

Circle is too big. Looks like telore not tel.re

Tried other 2 options:

I think I will ignore the second one since it kind of looks like the Mastercard logo, lol.
Will see what else to try.

First one.You should also try to have 2-3 colors max, you have already too many hues in the design. The idea is appealing though.

I'm not so sure about the font.
The t is like a cros while l is too long. The dot made of two circles doesn't look that good.
