The simplicity equals the brand ability of the design; straight forward, no guesswork, makes total sense. If you have the option, animate the "pixels" to rotate through colors.
Your site is also relatively straight forward, however, your main area of success, which is demonstrated by your work for already existing clients, should stand out via random snapshots, that are demo'd in rotation, on the homepage. If you are in the situation that you don't have enough existing clients, use some concept work and present your skills. It's about reeling in the customer, you may not get the customer into your portfolio section, thus use the first shot that you get to demo your work. An area of opportunity would be the screen of the apple you have on the frontpage, it's showing a static image = waste of space. Make it yours and deliver.
