Hey folks,
Here I am again holding another contest, the first one was a success ( http://www.namepros.com/design-contests/269428-req-logo-logo-teens-activities-website.html)
where I rewarded every designer for their entries. But anyways...this one i want to be as successfull as the first one.
Really hope to have your entry!!! CALLING ALL DESIGNERS!!

Type of Contest :Logo

Prize : $30 paypal

Contest End Date & Time : 01/19/07- 12:00am

Size Requirements :W-300x H-100 Initially

Color Requirements : Vivid colors like #306EFF; #E4317F; #4CC417; #F87431 ( I'm not limited to these colors, they are just examples)

General Requirements : The domain is => onib.us
The word ONIBUS means BUS in portuguese. ANd I want the letter onib.us to form a picture of a BUS (to better understand see the picture where the name usdrunk forms a picture of a bottle ). TO help shape the picture or to spice up, or to get more excitment to the logo you can use caracters like a teen listen to an ipod, a couple showing love, kids playing, the housewife with a baby on her lap, the business man with the laptop or briefcase, grandmom and grandpap with their dog and parrot. Possibilities are unlimited. Needs to be clear that all kind of people are welcome. It wil need to be a bus friendly for kids, teens, adults.
=> Needs to be clear that everyone is having a great time, having fun, inside the bus so people identify having fun inside the website.

Why is important the feeling of a lot of people? : it will be used for a viral website, so people need to feel that they are welcome and will have a good time on the website

*if you are not able to make the letter forming the picture of a bus, you can also submit your own idea of logo as long as there's a bus on the logo. if your design is really good, it will be taken in consideration too. but try following the above requirements first.

your design is not quite what we are looking for.

instructions
- the logo is to be ONIB.US (not just onib)
- logo is to be colorful
- logo needs to show excitment; happiness; and the sense of a lot of people enjoy a ride on the "bus". the feeling of a lot of people is very important
-if letter can be formed into a picture of bus would be great.

Hi LaiaS,
You are on the right track very good, but needs some improvements. For example: you can put a line around the whole design to give a better shape of a bus, also auto details like lights, side mirrors, windows and door as you said. You can also put some characters having fun around the bus. Happy characters, that will have to do with music; sport; video; picture; studying; things like that, just to spicy up the logo!!!

Hi Adrian,
you are on the right track. Very good design.
I would like to see this design on other colors.
I don't like the black cartoons. Try changing for cartoons with more colors and more excitement.
To better shape the bus, I guess putting a line around it would help. Also putting some car details like, lights; mirrors; etc...
