Logo Design

I'm Looking for someone that is experienced with Illustrator and the like to design a logo based on my requirements listed at:

The project is listed at scriptlance, but as of yet, no one has sent in a mock-up that has been remotely close to what I am looking for.

I am only paying Paypal. If someone wants to make a deal using NP, I will have to buy some, but I will be paying in NP$ at .017 if that is the case
