Size Requirements: I’m seeking a logo/icon that works on a website and can scale for marketing materials and documents.
Color Requirements: Please try to incorporate orange with grey/brown/lime green accent colors or feel free to get creative. Must be versatile and able to be used on various backgrounds.
General Requirements:

• The design is for a new online app & website named “CustomsHaus” (or “customshaus”) which provides import/export services and trade compliance expertise to help companies understand international trade and customs regulations. The name is a play on the traditional “customs house” which used to be a government building for processing import/export paperwork. Also, according to urban dictionary “haus” means someone who is really good at something.
• I do not yet have a tagline or supporting catch phrase but am open to ideas.
• I do not yet have a website. The logo will help inspire the website design and the winner will be considered for the design of the website.
• This is a new approach to an old industry. The logo should be professional, clean, crisp and modern. It should represent international trade/shipping and regulatory compliance giving the feeling of being streamlined, organized, manageable and secure.
• Design must be original.
• Designer must be able to deliver the design in all formats.
• The company name must be present in the logo along with a graphic icon that can be separated from the text and each used independently.
• Must be fresh but not too edgy. Words & ideas that come to mind include: trustworthy, knowledgeable, cutting edge, simple, secure, safe, confidential, control, distinguished, fresh, smart, creative, trade, exchange, international, expert, forward-thinking, no more stuck in customs, shipping containers, house, regulations, government, enforcement, government, risky, complex.
• The design will be sold in whole. Designer will provide any PSDs, fonts, design documents that go with it. All rights will be transferred upon payment.
• Also, please refrain from using filenames referencing the company name or mentioning the company name in the thread, if possible
