Reason for sale: I need money and forums take up too much time

Sale will include the domain (registered at godaddy) and I can give you access to the hosting account so you can transfer everything you need to your host.

I will only sell if the price is right. I am in no hurry to sell this site either. I would prefer it if the buyer didn't shut the forums down, but obviously that is up to you.

I will upload adsense and statcounter stats tonight when I get home. I am at work so I can't upload anything.

If you have any quesitons, let me know. I am looking in the xxx range, and do not have a BIN in mind yet.

I do all my advertising on a myspace account in which i have like 400+ friends. Most members have come from myspace, facebook, and friend referrals
