hey all, a friend of mine has had a site up for a few months now listing dj.s in his surrounding counties, it was running joomla and today he emailed me to say it had been hacked.....so any ideas of what he can use instead of joomla, something that is easy for him to add the listings...and something that also allows ppl to submt listing which can be approved by the admin....

personally i would suggest just getting joomla up todate keeping it patched. its one of the better cms's out there

anything else worth looking at, the site is rockdj.co.uk currently on joomla as stated...

cheers reaperuk, iv been having a few problems one been getting hacked once an losing the data for a few days but i think its fixed now,
another problem is getting it right on the search engins the site is on msn but can only find it if i type in the url www.rockdj.co.uk
im not very clued up on this web design stuf so all help will come in very handy
