Hi guys, i know sometimes we have all our money tied up in assets and just need quick cash sometimes. Well, introducing the durfers small loan service. First of all, you must be a veteran npers to acquire this service with good standing in the community and 15+ positive reviews under your belt.
Heres how it works:
1. request the loan
2. submit domain for review ( 4L.coms or godaddy appraisal of $5000+ prerequisite)
3. value will be given to you for review. If agreed upon...
4. you transfer the domain to me
5. i send you the loan funds
6. When you are ready (3 month limit at 2% interest rate monthly) you send me back the funds
7. when loan is paid back, i transfer the domain back to you and our transaction is complete.
If loan is not paid back, i keep the domain as payment.
Hope this will help out in the in between times when we need a little extra cash while waiting on the big sale.
