If the alexa ranking of this domain is valid, you should be getting some very decent traffic (alexa ranking 507,000)... The valuation would be based off traffic, and depending how many daily visitors you are getting, this domain could sell for a decent sum, but with SEDO, you just never know....

If I owned this domain, I'd develop further, loans are always a good PPC....

\The traffic figure is valid.. the site actually receives around 400 to 600 organic visitors per day.. The site is doing great with adsense considering it's high paying niche but since I have a limited time,. I am planning of selling it to sedo... just waiting for my sedo verification..
