Slovakia is a small market and AFAIK you need to be a local company to be eligible to register .sk domains. So I do not see many resale opportunities.
Furthermore, I doubt the English keyword is appealing to local consumers... IMO you are looking at $$$.

EasyPrint.SK was sold in Aug/07 for 1.292$, and I REALLY THINK Loan is a better keyword than EasyPrint

Reseller => mid x.xxx$
End-User => Sky is the limit...
lol, I'm kidding, but for a good end-user you can sell it for mid xx.xxx$
