Please dont deny :alien: :td: :

My Auction:

This format has been used by me for a long time now, I know this isnt just a coincidence.

You are bidding on the fabulous domain name CS.BZ. This domain is perfect for the collector and end user alike!

There are NO 2 letter .bz domains left in the wild! Other 2 letter .bz with no MEANING have sold for at least $80! This domain by itself has numerous meanings (Customer Support, Counter Strike, etc).

This is a real 2 Letter Domain! NO IDN, no catches!

Full details of the domain:

Domain: CS.BZ
Registrar: Namecheap (Free Push)
Expiration Date: Around 11 months!

This is a ONCE in a lifetime deal that you can't miss! Two Letter Domains are PRICELESS!

No Reserve + a 99 cent start bid, so everyone can play! Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions!

Yours:

LM.bz
This auction is for LM.bz. This is an extremely rare two letter domain name, infact _all_ two letter/number ".BZ" domains are now taken and can not be registered. No hyphens, no numbers, no IDNs: this is the real thing!

Here's a pricing guide for three letter domains taken from 3character.com.

Pricing Guide for 3-Letter (Composed Of Letters Only) Domains:

Current Observed Minimum Wholesale Price (regardless of letter combo) as of February 7, 2006:

3-Letter .com - $1850 (+ $200 since January 28, 2006 report)
3-Letter .net - $320 (+ $20 since January 28, 2006 report)
3-Letter .org - $130 (+ $15 since January 28, 2006 report)
3-Letter .info - $85 (+ $5 since January 28, 2006 report)
3-Letter .biz - $35
3-Letter .us - $25 (+ $10 since January 28, 2006 report)
The quality of the letter composition can play a significant role in determining 3-letter valuations. General concensus states that the letters A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, L, M, N, O, P, R, S, T are considered premium letters. Other lesser high quality letters include: J, K, U, V, W. Lower quality letters include: Q, X, Y, Z. Domains selling for less than the above figures would represent a strong buy in today's market. Premium letter only domains tend to fetch a 500% to 600% premium (or more) over the Minimum Wholesale Price. Mixed letter quality domains have valuations somewhere in the middle of these two extremes.

Imagine the value of a two letter domain!

I'm starting this auction at $20 with no reserve so everyone has a chance of participating.

Good luck!
Believe it or not, it took me TIME to think of that. I do not want people taking my ideas and merely adding and chopping a few words.

eh?
sam, I dont see any real similarity in those two layouts at all...

In fact (no offense intended), but Ben's seems much better, he states and gives proof of letters that are worth more than others, and why XX letters are worth more than XXX domains.

As well as that, his 3 letter domain pricing table was taken directly from the 3character.com website, im quite sure he could not have copied that off you...

DO you guys not notice? His auction is basically mine except a few words switched in and changed.

Lets Compare:

There are NO 2 letter .bz domains left in the wild

with

This is an extremely rare two letter domain name, infact _all_ two letter/number ".BZ" domains are now taken and can not be registered.

Ok all sellers do that but how about this:

This is a real 2 Letter Domain! NO IDN, no catches!

with

No hyphens, no numbers, no IDNs: this is the real thing!

He quotes the same site as I, which is QUITE uncommon consider its ebay and if you search for other auctions 3 characters and such you never see 3character .com quoted.

Then he does this:

No Reserve + a 99 cent start bid, so everyone can play!

You're selling and describing the same thing, they would be similar... however I don't see any plagiarism in that

You are both selling and describing the same thing... What do you expect him to say!?!??! That Seinfeld is the greatest show on earth!?

What he is saying is true, and its written completely differently to yours!

Drop it mate... There is absolutely nothing wrong with his auction.

I give up. I guess its alright to write similar ebay auctions. His format looks good. Time to bite off it.

It's strange: you get pissed off when you think someone's copied your auction, yet you go and copy mine. I don't really mind, infact feel free to copy me; I just don't see the logic.

[Edit]
Oops, I can't read. That auction was by Domain123, not damitssam. Sorry about that.

Also, can a mod lock this? The domain's been sold.

Congratulations on the sale. :) $117.50, not bad at all.

Damitssam, I'm not seeing what Ben copied. If you think everyone that writes "no reserve" on their auctions then you'll have a couple more angry posts to write.

It's a two letter domain, is there any other possible way you can write it?

Every 2-letter .bz domain is taken, can you change a fact?

I just might... I have WJ.bz, these are really going up in price huh?
