$xx would be pushing it....but I've seen worse sell higher.

You could probably get something in the $xx range, but the time required is probably not worth it.

A few companies and organizations use SGMC as abbreviation. Send direct requests, if anyone is interested you could easily get into the $xxx range. To resellers four letter .net domains are not in high demand. Even three letter .net domains are not performing well at the moment.
