They do not mind renewing them because they are confident that soon or later some end user will offer them much more than what they offer you.
It`s up to you: if you need money so badly, take $50 - $100 for it, if you don`t need money urgently, then you may as well wait yourself like may smart investors are doing. BuyDomains is just one big company of this game.
