I think the only downfall of this domain is that it starts with a "z". The letter "z" is, I believe, one of the "bad letters" to have in a 3 or 4 char. domain. Just a little insight. Others can correct me if I am wrong.

BIN means "Buy It Now". Hence this means, although the member is accepting offers, he'll be willing to sell the domain out-right for $45. :)
