5 year old domain never dropped.

As has been stated before, this is incorrect. It has dropped, hence why the creation date is 15/04/2007 (http://whois.domaintools.com/tnkv.com)

I'm not saying you deliberately set out to deceive people, but now you know you need to update the listing so people know what they are bidding for.

Just because it has an entry on archive.org doesn't mean it hasn't dropped in the interim. I believe that you genuinely thought it was 5 years old, but a simple whois search shows that it's not and you should rectify the listing.
