Some research, for what it's worth...

I understand that Estibot automated) appraisals are not considered good - but below is the research I did for some LLL.me names that actually sold in 2013. First is the Estibot appraisal details followed by the price it actually sold for. Then a couple lesser random sales in 2013.

Then at the bottom is the Estibot appraisal details for my domain owc.me - which I'd appreciate opinions about. I have an obsession with chocolate so I purchased it over a year ago with the intention of developing a niche site "Obsessed with Chocolate" but too busy to get to it.

All opinions are much appreciated...

Only the newbies pay attention to automated appraisals. Those stats you quoted are meaningless.
Actual sales are more objective but you'll see flukes in every extension.
Random LLL.me generally have no resale value. You can just hope but it's like playing lottery.

Actual sales history is pretty important. But to put it in perspective, if my math is correct the number of possible LLL combinations is 17,576. So if only 10 sell per year, the overall odds are crap.

pdq=pretty damn quick
llp= limited liability partnership
wix=existing website, probably covering bases
thy=spells thyme, an herb
ore=english word, someone bought it to flip
fiy=fix it yourself

The question was about non words, and the ones with value either are words, a word hack, have a company associated with them, or are somewhat common abbeviations.

The question eliminates the first option, so the value would be based on some other company wanting the .me extension or there being someone who wanted that that abbreviation, or a domain hack.
