I have a chance to register a particular country's 2 letter domain name (it's still free!) and together with the extension, it's even one word - something like e.g. he.ad

You can try to appraise he.ad (not sure if this one even exists, but doesn't matter). That would be OK, as the LL.XX domain must be of a similar value.

How much such a domain might be worth? How much are worth 2 letter TLD domains?

I'm asking this to find out if it would be worth registering that domain. If so and if I register it, I'll then let you know which one was it. :)

Also, how much are LL.BIZ domains worth?

It's difficult to say without knowing the TLD in question. But my guess is not much if the TLD is not popular. Domain hacks are usually not worth a lot either.
Also don't forget that the reg fee for ccTLDs is often higher than .com.

LL .biz names are not allowed AFAIK. Minimum length must be 3 characters for .biz.

I've seen LL.xx (.vg/.vc, etc.) sell for $199 & $299 on eBay. I own 5 of these puppies myself (e.g. hh.vg/dd.vg, etc.) and didn't get more than a $60 bid on them. The market is VERY shaky with these foreign/exotic extensions. Now, depending on which ccTLD you're targeting, Adams Names has reserved all remaining .vc domains, or was it .vg? Either way, i wouldn't bank on more than mid-high $xx in a reseller environment, via public auction.
This being said, i would lock into the LL.xx domains, they are gone pretty quickly and usually at least a break even/minor profit investment.

Thank you guys for your kind replies (rep+ added) :) .

Well, it's not such a popular extension as .cc, but I think I could sell the ll.xx for at least $60, so I'll try to register one and will see what happens.

I will keep the extension secret until I register one.

OK, I've decided to tell you which extension it is. It is .sk (my country, Slovakia) and I wanted to register domains like e.g. de.sk or ma.sk (these are still free to register). .sk domains are not so expensive. The price is about $18 per domain.

However I found out the transfer process (domain push) is not that simple. In order to change the ownership of a domain, you need to contact a lawyer and make a contract. So, I decided not to register these domains, as the transfer seems to be too complicated.

For $18/year, they are very nice names. DE.SK is hot!

$18/year is only $90 for 5. Maybe in 5 years, the registery will be easier to work with. I've sold a worse LL.XX domain for more and have another LL.XX that I wouldn't sell for under $100 that I don't consider to be that good.

You shouldn't ask for appraisals of domains that you don't own in the appraisals section though!

I have one question, do you must be Slovakia resident to register .sk ?

S.K are my initials heh and I always wanted to register .sk domain for email ;)
