It was an excellent name until I saw the z at the end. Reg fee, sorry.

Just curious. Why does the "z" kill this name? In the years that I have been doing this I have seen many names.... mostly the more popular ones have success when a "z" is properly substituted for the "s".

I am not arguing your appraisal. An appraisal is an appraisal. Just trying to get some clarification. I have had similar names sell for much better than reg fee, which is not necessarily an indicator.
