"lotforsale.org" ... selling land/acreage, and not inappropriate in the ".ORG", in my view. In fact, potentially good for marketing purposes. Generic enough to be shopped around to some property managment companies ... $50 - $75+ (End user "Quck Sale"), IMHO.

Good name but does not suit the extension too well!
