List of 70 Good Unregistered .Coms

I've decided to ease out of the domain business. I have a list of around 70 quite decent unregistered .com domains (and 10 .nets) that took me months to find. I freshly checked it as of 1:30 pm ET today, 5/12.
A number of domains on the list were removed because they were registered
by others since I originally created the list.
To give you an example of what kind of domains are on the list, here's a few of those that have since been registered:

Torey.net

Domains are catagorized as follows; Realty, Business/Services, Tech, Pharmacy/Medical, Internet, Finances, Dating, Blogging, Travel and Misc.

Here's the deal:

I will share this list with any trusted NamePros member if:

1. You agree to pay the following finders fee(s):
$10 each for any 1 -2 you register - $7 each for any 3 - 10 you register or
$5 each for any 10 or more you register. PayPal only please.

2. You agree never to share the list (I may still register some).

3. First come, first serve. When I send you the list, you will have one hour to determine what you'd like to do before I show it to the next person. If you need less, I'd appreciate a PM letting me know I can show it to someone else.
