Linux software for internet proxy

I have my own DS with 30+ real IPs and want to set-up local proxies (using non-sequential IPs) so i can use DRT with my proxies to do my scans...

I thought squid could do this, but it's a local proxy only. Anyone who knows how to do this and can point me to right direction will receive $10 via paypal...
