Links Script

Does anybody know of a script which I can easily intergrate into a template I already has which can do the following:

• Allows admin to add links
• Allows admin to remove links
• Allows admin to edit links
• Can have a short description for each link
• (optional) allow users to add comments and vote for links
• Sort links by catogories
• Easily intergratable, add footer + header

Free would be good, be low price will be OK.
