Any ideas on this? Have received some pretty high offers, lots of results.. not sure if it could be some kind of directory or a SEO type site or search engine submission..

The google results came in higher and thats obvious. Link below.. are common in phrases. So I do not want to depend on Google results.

The domain needs to be developed indeed. Some kind of link directory or seo it is up to you. I guess the domain is receiving natural traffic, I'd quote it in low$XXX as its pretty hard to get a premium .com nowadays.

Question: Why such a high appraisal???

I used estibot for linkbelow()com and it says $7600-$7800.

That seems extremely high... i've never had many domains through estibot go for this high. Any ideas here? I would not say it has that much value, I think I brought this domain up in the past. But never this appraisal, so I am curious to hear your opinions on this one.

I see someone snagged linkbelow.net as well. But I would think the .com has more value. I was still thinking low $xxx. But what in the world is estibot rating it in the 7K range.. ? ?

Estibot is a robot so its price evaluation is based on some kind of formula - LinkBelow.com has enormous MSN frequency ( there comes price of 7k ) but that doesn't mean it's worth that much.
