Hello,
we have recently (15 days ago) started a new forum called "SmartPhonesTalk" dedicated to smart phones industry. We are looking to exchange links with the sites with similar topics.
The rules are:
We offer premium back link to your site on our homepage *. This link spot will cost a lot in the near future (2-3 months) and we intend to keep it free for "start up" partners for as long as they want partnership with us.
* For a high traffic web sites or for sites with high PR we offer premium links on forum home page bellow the box "Forum statistics" on the right.

- Tech related - Mobile Phones, Computers, PDA, VoIP, Electronics, etc...
- Must have good content
- Link must be placed on home page on visible place
- Warez and/or illegal content sites not allowed
