How do link advertisement work? You buy a domain name say drugs.com, find links that have to do with drugs, set up an advertisement account with google or yahoo to feature your page with just links, and get paid per click? Is this an effective way of selling your domain name to big coporation for $xx,xxx amount of money because of the traffic you generate? Do any of you guys use this method of selling your domain name? Anybody information would be appreicated

If you manage create a "BIG" site with many visitors, yes why not?
I use a method like that, get a domain and develop(not always), after that I sell!

How do a get in contact with yahoo or google to start the Link advertisement? Where do you find the links for your web page?

john, I think your talking about domain parking. Domain parking is when you allow a company to place advertisment links under your domain name and you get paid everytime some one clicks on one of those links.
