Sorry i have to disagree. It used to be a Japanese hip-hop site til last year from what i can make out and i suspect thats where the Alexa ranking comes from. Turning it into a link farm was IMO not a good move. It will get penalised in Google, it's already lost it's PR and it will slide gradually into Alexa oblivion without the same levels of traffic.

Also, I can't think why an end user would want a page of links? Why not develop it into something more financially attractive? At present, low $xx...with decent development, who knows.

it was a japanese site but it then expired the domain so i pick it up there was alexa ranking of 699,000 with no traffic coming in since then the alexa dropping
