I've had an offer that ended up falling through for MID $XX,XXX... that was for a package with LetsAdopt.org and LetsAdopt.com (which I do not own and was working with the owner of the .com) The offer was from an adoption agency in California. They may still be interested, but it will take some selling skills.

I will be happy to give you a list of over 300 agencies in the US with the purchase of this domain.

No significant traffic... maybe 20-30 hits per month.

It is definantly an end-user name, but is a great investment to have it in your portfolio and to pursue potential buyers!

The ONLY reason I am selling this domain is because of financial reasons. I have been fighting the fact that I'm going to have to liquidate some of my investments in order to save my house. Times are bad right now and I have to do what is right for my family. That is the only only only reason I am selling. I figured it would be easy to sell this one in times of need... but it is not as easy as I thought. I'm running out of time so I am letting it go at exactly what I need to save my home.

If times were better, I would go get the .net and every other TLD out there I could.

I completely believe this domain is worth $XX,XXX to the right buyer.
