On 13th Febraury I purchased a domain name - spain.es the transaction went through fine and it was confirmed i was the owner of this domain name.

Later, by someone, i'm told that i can't actaully have that name and it will be rejected in a few days. Surely it is a breech of contract by 123-reg.co.uk, please tell me were i stand legally.

Help please.

you dont stand... this type of thing is surely covered in the registrar's TOS. You can ask for a refund, but thats about it.

I also successfully registered poker.de at Godaddy, even though it had already been registered for years! It later went on to be sold for like $1 million
