Leg Puller - Any IDEAS

I am looking for some suggestions and ideas for the development of
LegPuller.Com
and
LegPullers.Com

The idea is clear from the name itself... Basically we are gonna pull the legs of important personalities, celebs, politicians, etc. in a humorous way!

Can you suggest what sort of script should I put which will allow me have features like: a page with images and comments section for each personality, rating, discussion, etc and featured person with most leg-pulls on the front page, etc etc Hope you get what I have in mind

Any free scripts available already or anything else - please comment friends!

There are a lot of plugins for wordpress such as ratings etc, you just need to find a good php developer to help change the code if required and a designer familiar with wordpress/layouts so you can have it designed exactly as you want on the pages.
