thanks for feedback all. here was my thinking. $35 to friend now, $50 on forums now, and if not thinking I might try to develop or get decent money on it, ie mid XXX. If someone one is looking to lease sites, not sure there is much better name, perhaps, leasesite.com which sadly is undeveloped, but regged through pool so at least they paid $60 for it.
