How much is it worth if i sell now ?

Should i develope it ?

Or donate it to some AIDS charity ?

The thing that takes the value away from 3-word domains is that anyone who wants to have an AIDS information site can come up with a 3-word domain name and register it themselves. A person could come up with hundreds of unregistered 3-word aids information domain names.
